Originally hailing from Evanston, Illinois, Terry attended Dartmouth College and eventually found his way to the Washington, DC area. Terry Bowie was licensed in Maryland as a real estate sales associate and has a diverse background that includes work in the aerospace industry, managing the global public affairs office of a major pharmaceutical corporation in Washington DC, and promoting and marketing couture fashion brands in Palm Beach.
Terry lives in Lake Worth Beach where he and his partner have been very involved in the planning, zoning and development process of the city.
An avid real estate investor in multi-family properties, Terry is a “hands-on” owner who is involved in all aspects of the journey from buying, maintaining, renting and increasing the value of his holdings.
An enthusiastic traveler, Terry is often found on ships, planes and trains all over the world enjoying new adventures with every trip!
Aside from his natural real estate interests and abilities, since relocating to Florida in 2010, Terry managed boutiques on Worth Avenue and was director of e-commerce operations for Classic Collections of Palm Beach for many years. Aside from his technical computer and e-commerce abilities, Terry has a passion and encyclopedic knowledge of fashion, it’s history and details of the master style-makers for the past several centuries.
Dedicated to providing personalized service to all clients and customers, Terry is a dedicated advocate for equal rights and actively supports the missions of Compass LGBT Community Center and the Human Rights Campaign. A resident of Lake Worth Beach, Terry devotes a tremendous amount of time to the charities he supports as well as being an active real estate investor. His love of animals and cooking are legend and his infectious laugh and daily joy keeps the world smiling!
