With transactions in excess of $10 billion, Elida has been quoted in prominent publications including the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal. She now calls Palm Beach County her home, where she assists buyers and sellers relocating from the northeast with residential and commercial properties.
From there she became a Vice President at The Trump Corporation where she worked on Trump Parc and the conversion of 100 Central Park South.
Louise Sunshine brought her into The Sunshine Group where Elida was instrumental in the sellout, unit inspections and closings of the esteemed 610 Park Avenue, the conversion of the landmarked Mayfair Hotel. She also sold Bridge Tower Place for the Brodsky Organization, The Chatham, The Park Imperial, and Astor Place for The Related Companies. At the Park Imperial she was the first “on-site” salesperson in New York to sell multiple units on-line and sight unseen. At One Central Park at The Time Warner Center she was the Point Person providing insightful project information to buyers and real estate brokers world-wide.
Dubai Investment Group hired Elida to oversee sales and later project management at The Essex House on Central Park South. Gary Barnett, President of Extell Development Company, hired Elida as Director of Sales where she oversaw the conversion of the famous Carlton House on Madison Avenue and a new construction project in Soho, 70 Charlton Street.
Elida has advised major development clients on sales and marketing of new construction and complex conversion projects and has been included in the product design, amenities, and competitive pricing of units in major target markets.
She specializes in working with local and foreign purchasers and investors and has consistently achieved above market sales prices for her clientele.
Now based in Palm Beach County, Elida has become a trusted advisor and source of market information for future residents and business owners in South East Florida.
A graduate of Fashion Institute of Technology and Baruch College, both in New York City, Elida is an avid follower of both the fashion industry and the financial markets. She spends her leisure time enjoying outdoor activities: biking, swimming, and tennis with her husband Bob Justo, discovering the numerous cultural and epicurean delights of southeast Florida and volunteering with the Best Foot Forward Foundation, a 501©3 agency that offers programs to provide opportunity for academic success for foster care youth in Palm Beach County.
